REPLACE/REPAIR HYDRAULIC TANK — Continued

Remove elbow (1) from bottom of hydraulic tank (2).
8.
Remove sight glass (3) and packing (4) from side of tank (2). Discard packing.
9.
Remove pressure relief valve (5) and packing (6) from adapter (7). Discard packing.
10. Remove adapter (7) and elbow (8) from tank (2).
11. Remove breather (9) from bushing (10).
12. Remove bushing (10) and gasket (11) from top of tank (2). Discard gasket.
13. Remove elbow (12) from tank (2).
14. Remove four screws (13), tab washers (14), adapter (15), and strainer (16) from tank (2). Discard tab washers.

Remove elbow (17) and packing (18) f
ro m adapter (15).
Discard packing.
CLEAN, INSPECT, AND REPAIR
1.
Check all hoses, valves, adapters, bushings, and strainer for cracks, wear, and damage. Replace if needed.

compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you
dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.
Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.
Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.
