REPLACE M13 NBC FILTERS AND HOSES (M1068 ONLY) — Continued

REMOVAL

1.

Cut two tie straps (1) from two hoses (2) and (3) between precleaner (4) and filters (5) and (6). Discard tie straps.

2.

Loosen two clamps (7) and remove hose (2) from precleaner (4) and filter (5).

3.

Loosen two clamps (8) and remove hose (3) from precleaner (4) and filter (6).

4.

Loosen two clamps (9) and remove hose (10) and clamps from filter (5) and manifold (11).

5.

Loosen two clamps (12) and remove hose (13) and clamps from filter (6) and manifold (11).

6.

Loosen four clamps (14). Open clamps and remove filters (5) and (6) from mount (15).

7.

If damaged, remove any rubber bumper (16) from bracket (17). Discard bumpers.

8.

If damaged, remove cotter pin (1), straight pin (2), and clamp (3) from bracket (4) as required. Discard cotter pins.

9.

Loosen clamp (5) and remove hose (6) from manifold (7).

10. Remove two screws (8), lockwashers (9), washers (10), and manifold (7) from sponson. Discard lockwashers.

strap.

12. Remove two screws (13) and clamps (14) from hose (6).

13. Loosen clamp (15) and remove hose (6) from manifold (16).
