INSTALLATION

1.

Place new grommet (1) on harness (2) and (3). Install grommet (1) and harness (2) and (3) in distribution box (4).

2.

Pair up circuit leads 7B and 7C (5) and 509A and 509B (6) and 509C and 509D (7), and install on terminal board

(8) as shown.

3.

Install circuit lead 6B (9) on circuit breaker (10) terminal. Secure with screw (11) and new lockwasher (12).

5.

Connect wiring harness (15) to distribution box (4).

4.

Install two mounting screws (13) and new lockwashers (14) on distribution box (4). TORQUE SCREWS TO 73-79

LB-IN (8-9 N·M). Use torque wrench and socket set.
