Measure voltage between heater control box jack (2) pin C

Does multimeter read at 17 volts or more?

Install harness 10943141 plug on heater control box jack.

2.

Remove harness 10943141 plug (1) from heater jack (2).

3.

Measure voltage between harness 10943141 plug (1) pin C

4.

Does multimeter read at least 17 volts?

1.

Replace faulty harness 10943141

(WP 0382 00).

2.

Verify no faults found.

Replace heater (WP 0728 00).

2.

Notify supervisor.
