Of the 14 screws removed, one is the lifting eye screw and two are coarse threaded screws. Make

surethedifferentscrewsareinstalledintheirproperplaces

Secure grille (1) to hull (2) with 14 screws (3) and washers (4). TIGHTEN LIFTING EYE SCREW TO 175-200 LB-FT

(237-271 N·m) TORQUE. TIGHTEN TWO COARSE THREADED SCREWS TO 151-166 LB-FT (205-225 N·m)

TORQUE. TIGHTEN 11 SCREWS TO 100-120 LB-FT (136-163 N·m) TORQUE. Use torque wrench.

7.

Secure power plant front access door (5) in open position with door brace (6).

8.

Connect cannon plug of headlight wiring harness (7) to hull (8).
