REMOVAL

NOTE

Do Step 1 andStep 2 for M113A3 (late model)

only.

1.

Remove two cotter pins (1), headed pins (2), and clevises (3) from two latches (4). Discard cotter pins.

2.

Remove two clevises (3) from chain (5). Remove tube (6) from chain.

NOTE

Do Step 3 and Step 4 for M113A3 (early model) and M1059A3 only.

3.

Spread two rings (7) and remove from strikers (8).
