Using appropriate lifting device with lifting sling attached to APU lifting eye (2) of the APU (1), align mounting holes

and install four screws (14), washers (16), and new lockwashers (15).

5.

Install two self-locking nuts (13), screws (10), and four washers (11) in the two APU mounting brackets (12).

6.

Install remote panel electrical control cable (7) to APU control panel receptacle (9).

7.

Install fuel supply line to APU connection point (17).

8.

Install NATO cable assembly (18) to NATO plug on right side of APU (1).

9.

Remove sling and lifting device from APU lifting eye (2).

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Start Auxiliary Power Unit. See TM 9-6115-664-13&P.

2.

Stop Auxiliary Power Unit. See TM 9-6115-664-13&P.
