REPLACE COOLANT PUMP TO HEATER WIRING HARNESS — Continued

1.

Remove screw (1) and circuit lead (2) from terminal 4 (3) of heater terminal strip (4).

2.

Remove nut (5) and ground lead (6) from coolant pump mount screw (7).

3.

Remove nut (8) and circuit 402B lead (2) from coolant pump terminal (9).

4.

Remove nut (10) and ground lead (6) from coolant pump terminal (11). Remove wiring harness (12) from pump (13).

INSPECTION AND REPAIR

1.

Check wiring harness continuity. Check leads for frayed or broken insulation or damaged terminal lugs. Repair harness

as needed (WP 0382 00).
