CLEANING

1.

Check shunt guard (7) for corrosion, bends, and cracks. Repair or replace damaged guard.

2.

Check shunt guard (7) plastic coating for cracks, separation, and missing plastic. Repair plastic coating.

INSTALLATION

1.

Install clamp (1), wiring harness (2), washer (3), new lockwasher (4), screw (5), and nut (6) on shunt guard (7).

2.

Install shunt guard (7) with attached wiring harness, two washers (8), and screws (9) on hull.

3.

Slide spall liners in place.

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Connect battery ground strap (WP 0337 00).
