Reconnect lead 450 to circuit breaker output.

Disconnect lead 450 of driver’s instrument

panel wiring harness from connector near

circuit breaker.

Place red lead of multimeter in lead 450 and

black lead to ground.

Turn MASTER switch ON and check for

voltage.

Turn MASTER switch OFF.
