(2) The rear oil pump rotates in the reverse
direction and allows a small volume of oil to return
to the sump. This oil must come through the orifice
connecting the front and rear oil pump output lines.
Oil passing through this same orifice keeps the rear
fluid velocity governor supplied.
b. Converter-In Circuit
