FROZEN INPUT

DESCRIPTION

This tree covers inspection for a fault causing a frozen input and for making repairs when the fault is

found.

Drag wrench – (Item 24, App C)

General mechanic’s tool kit:

automotive – (Item 33, App C)

Socket wrench adapter – (Item 74, App C)

Torque wrench – (Item 99, App C)

Materials/Parts:

Transmission mounted on tip-over stand.

NOTE

When directed to perform corrective actions, record necessary tasks on DA Form 2404 in

accordance with DA PAM 738-750. Do not make any corrective actions or repairs until directed

to do so at end of tree.
