FLYWHEEL HOUSING CRANKCASE BREATHER

a. Removal

Remove two bolts (1), bolt (2), three bolts (3), and six Iockwashers (4) securing breather

assembly (5) and gasket (6) to flywheel housing. Remove breather assembly. Discard

Iockwashers and gasket.

h. Disassembly

Remove bolt (7), flat washer (8), and spacer (9) securing filter element (10) and shell (11) to

adaptor (12). Remove shell from element.

Remove two bolts (13) and two Iockwashers (14) securing breather pipe (15) and gasket

(16) to adaptor (1 2). Discard gasket and Iockwashers.
