AVDS-1790-2 series engines weigh approximately 5,000 pounds.

Be careful not to place any part of your body underneath a lifted
engine.
Insure that the lifting device you are using is rated for at least
5,000 pounds.
WARNING
Use of incorrect sling can cause lifting point failure leading to injury
or even death of personnel.

•
Engine models 2CA and 2DA use sling Part Number 12257229.
Engine model 2DR uses sling Part Number 11671664.
WARNING
Crankcase adapter is heavy.
Take care when removing it so that it
does not swing around and injure personnel or equipment.
