TURBOSUPERCHARGER ASSEMBLY

REPLACEMENT (2CA & 2DA)

INSTALLATION

1. Install turbosupercharger (29).

a. Remove protective cover previously installed onto lower oil filler tube (34).

b. Position turbosupercharger (29) onto mounting base (40).

c. Insert turbosupercharger oil drain tube (32) into oil drain tube hose (41) and connecting

drain tube (34).

d. Secure turbosupercharger (29) to mounting base using two new self-locking nuts (30)

(item 41, WP 0175) with flat washers (31).

Do not tighten at this time.

e. Secure oil drain tube (32) to oil drain hose (41) with hose clamps (33).
