Like, over and over again, the worD goes out on how to Handle cables,
rep±ace fses, tighten levers aNd such on your A²/PPS-4A radar set.

WHeN you remove the set's cab±e
CoNnectors which have locking col¹
lars (power cable, ºr»¼ nstaNce), ¶rst
grab the collar aND turN ½t counter¾
c±ockwise (le¿t) uNtil it³s ±oose.
WHen the collar is loose, tÀe coN¹
nector wi±± back oÁ easy. I¿ it Doesn't,
turN the col±ar a little frther.
²ever try to remove the cable by
twisting it at the heel o¿ the connec¹
tor! That's a sure way to damage wir¹
ing aNd contacts.

tripod wingnuts, too.
Ëirst, be sure the teeth are meshed
... and then haNdÃtighteN the wing¹
nuts.
²atura±ly, once the wiNgNuts are
tighteNeD, you wouldN't want to

tempted to spread the legs unless yoU
looseneD the Nuts ¶rst. Some Joes
do . . . anD make a mess tHat ends
