Install the neW sleeving over both
Do th±s to check fÜr proper cable connect±ons to the bus bars and
tightnessÝ
heat

shr±nk itÛ
Disconnect the quick disconnector
from the batteryÛ
Check the cables leading into the
bus bars for loosenessÛ If loose, remove
the insulation sleeVing and discard itß
Slip new sleev±ng down the cable
and oUt of your wayÛ Torque the nuts
attach±ng the cables to the bus bars to
200-220
inàlbsÛ
To áheck the nUts ins±de the battery
qU±ck d±sconnect connector, remove
the
2
nuts at each end to open the
connectorâ
Loosen the nuts that mount the bus
bars to the contactsÛ Torque thã nuts to
200-220
inàlbsÛ
äeasåemble the connector ænd
reattach ±t to the batteryÛ
