Eyeball the charge meter of your PP-6118 battery charger whenever you instALl
a
BA-523
in one of the wells.
If the battery, used with the M76 Redeye training set, reads deep in the red,
be extra cautious. Monitor the meter fOr several minutes.
The needLe on the meter should move sligHtly toward the white±or
50
percent
charge²bLock. If it doesn't, tUrn the battery in to your Direct Suppor³ Fr a
checkout.
A
"stUck´ needle indicates a Battery in poµr condition. Trying to Bring it up to
¶Ll charge can damage the charger's voltage regulator circuit cards and other
components.

veNt roundiNg out, burrs or rips.
Raising or lowering t¼e sight digs in»
to the stop and can eventUaLLy make the
sight droop. ½r, it may not stay up at

gas pum· handle of the trainer.
Âor operation, ·ush the handle down
tiLl you get one cLick. ¾hen, pump it.
To store the handle, push it up until
you get one clickà Then, stow it.
¾he point is, you must get
a
cLick
when you stow it, or the handle won't
be set up Fr that downward, operating
cLickÃ
In that case you could be tempted to
Frce the haNdle downward Fr a click
that isn't going to come. Âorcing it can
cause expensive daÄage to the handLe
mechaNism.
