Adjust Roller to Stop Rattle
If your Black Hawk's cargo doors
bind or rattle, You may be able to do
something aboUt it. But, then again,
·
you may not. It depends on how old
your bird is±
Early ²H-60A's have only
inside
rollers on the lower track of their cargo
doors. And theY aren't adjustable³
Later ²H´60A's have two lower
roller assemblies, one oN the iµside and
one oN the outside of each cargo door±
The outside rollers
Are
adjustable.
To adjust them, loosen the nut at the
base of the roller assembly and move
the roller.
To stoP a rattle, move it agai¶st the
track. To stop bindiNg, move the roller
away Fom the track.
A¸er you've adjUsted the roller,
torque the nut to 43¹47 lb¹in±
