Flooded floodlight Drain
Waterlogged foodlights on M4K RTFL's cause

µr a little construction work. Here's
what you mechs need to do:
Mark a spot µr ¶he draiN on the bot·
tom o± the ´ight, just behiNd the rubber
co´lar.
Re¸ove the co´´ar and ´amp, and
dri¹l a 1/ºiN diameter hole»
Paint the bare metal around the hole»
PUt the la¸p and collar back in.
S¸ear a dab o± si´icone adhesive
around the wire and mounting stUd to
he´p keep water out, too. Get a 5¼oz
tube o± silicOne with ½S½ 8040³00¼

It's a tight squeeze between the craNksha pulley and the engine mount's fat
washer on some M4K µrkliÂsÃ
That makes it tough when you try to
remove the Än belt and can't get it past
the fat washer.
So do this:
ÅRemove the mounting bo´t and
washerÆ
ÇGrÈnd ¾É8³inch oÊ one side o± ¶he
washer»
ÅReplace ¶he Ëlt and washer wi¶h Ìe
¶riÍed side o± the washer Äcing the
cranksha pul´eyÎ
Fuel FilteR
Grind 1/8 iNch
off flat wasHer²
³hat leaves

This gets A Ñlter kit with Ñlter and two rubber hoses to hook it up with.
