For equipment under the Army Oil Analysis ProgRm (AOAP), the
dispatcher keeps a running total on the DD Form
Ç97È
of oil added
to the equipment.
The form has only one block for oil entri±s. ²he p³blem with that
is that some equipment requi´s both tRnsmission and engine oil
samples.
To keep track of how much oil and to which cµmponent oil was
added

divided the oil block and labeled one section "E¶ for engine
and t

e other "T¶ for tRnsMission.
