reach from the valve cam
handLe to the manhole coveR
Latch.
³Ine dRIll a V2-In hole
thRou´h the otheR end of
the iRON µR pIpe and the
dIspensIn´ valve handle.

dIspensIn´ valve handle fully Into one end. Bend
tHe pIpe and squeeze the otheR end to match up
wIth the padlock hole In the manhole cover¹
