Buckle Down on Sight Problems
Eyepieces on Integrated Sight Units (ISU) are being scratched by BraDley
commanders' belt buckles.
When a commander sTds up, h±s buckle is ²lly-up to his eyepiece.
Everytime he tuRs, S-C-³´A-µ-C¶H. µhen scratch one eyepiece ·.
. it has to
be replaced.
Crewmen, ²fre you go to ¸he Feld, eyeball the gunner's and commander's
eyepieces fr eyecups.

¸he Feld, remove ¸he eyecup oNly when you need to lOk ¸hrough ¹n eyepiece.
ºon't jerk the eyecup o». µhat tears ¼e eyecup's rubber ret¹ining strip. It's
h¹½d to get replacements.
P¾t the eyecups back on as sOn as you're ¿nished lOk±ng. µhat wÀll stop
scratching problems.

they' re in short supplY.
Problem is, you're supÇsed to clean ¸he element, not
toss it. µossing it wastes a lot oÄ Uncle's money.
Just Èlean ¸he FlÉr element with P-º-680 drycleaN±ng
solvent and reuse it. µhe oNly time you replace the
element is when it's damaged.
