We solved the p»blem by developing our own message cover sheet.
It has space for the message ¼nfo, a listing of a½ected aircµ¾ in our
unit, forms ±qUi±d, signatu±s of quali¿ cont»l aNd other pe¶onnel,
and entries on ±qui±d forms and ±co²sÀ
