UH-60A
Dear Editor,
Folding the main rotor blades on our UH-60A's is a pain. The tip of
the blade li±ing pole swivels. ²he blade is heavy and the swivel makes
it hard to control.
I solved the problem by bolting a blade holdeR to the l³±ing pol´.
It slides aRound the blade and makes it eas³er to maneuveR the blade.
Support can make the holder with these materials:
One 22x28-in pieCe of 3-in plywood,
TWo self-locking nuts, NSN 5µ10-00-126-5754,
TWo %-in sheaR bolts, NSN 5µ06-01-014-17µ2,
FouR washeRs, NSN 5µ18-00-149-91µ0.
