WHen replacing sHoes that have
repLaceable paÅs, make sure tHe pads
on the two sHoes on either side are
aBout the same Height. If tHeyÆre not
aboUt the same heigHt, the new pads
wilL get chewed up rigHt away.

WHen replacing pads, aLways put
tHem on in sets of twoÇon the same
shoe. Try to match tHe pads so you end
up with about »ur or five sHoes in a
row
witH pads
aLL
about
the same
HeigHt.
You may have to juggle pads around
to make it come out rigHt. ThatÈs why
you need to keep serviceaBle pads as
welL as new pads on hand.

mix T130 and T130³Ê pads on the
same track. The viBration set up by
mixed pads can cause huLL cracks and
other damage.
Prevent this pad swapping probLem
by using pad, NSN 2530µ01µ130µ3366,
onLy.

Never reuse a pad nut. THatÌs a
sure way to lose tHe nut and the pad.
Íse a new nut and tighten it as best
you can. Then Let your mechanic know
so he can torque it to TM specs.
