We were having ±al problems with some M1-series tank turrets
drifing whILe in normal or emergency mode. The daylight reticle on
the gunner's prima² sight (GPS) Foated to the lef and ³´ght and
could not

nuµled out no matter what we tried¶
We discoVer· the answer to the p¸blem completely by
accident¹when someone hapºned to tu» o¼ the radio¶
With the AN½C-6 radio shut o¾ the p¸blem went awaY DS
con¿irmed the AM-20 power ampli¿ier had an inte»al g¸und
p¸blem.
BeÀ going th¸ugh all those GPS t¸ubleshooting p¸ceduÁs,
t² tu»ing o¼ the radio Ãt could saVe you a lot o¿ extra work¶
