STBY TOW

putting the TCP in TSÉGUNÊ This is
not necessarY except when the
mission requires it. The TCP needs
to be in STB¹ TO¿ That way if the
BIT has failed and the pilot chooses
to reinit¶Ëte while in Ìightà the TCP
wil
