3. Remove screw (7) and retainer (8) from heater/evaporator (9).

4. Remove retainer (8) from AC defrost cable (10).

5. Remove two speed nuts (11) and AC defrost cable (10) from control arm (12).

NOTE

Remove cable ties as required.

6. Remove nut (13), lockwasher (14), and AC defrost cable (10) from center cover (6).
