FRONT DISCONNECT
NOTE
This is a three-soldier task.
WARNING
While vehicles are connected, avoid parking on grades over 20%, and avoid towing on
grades over 30%.
Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment or serious personal
injury or death.

1.
Set wrecker transmission range selector (1) to N (neutral).
2.
Pull wrecker PARKING BRAKE control (2).
3.
Pull wrecker TRAILER AIR SUPPLY control (3).
4.
Prepare retrieval system for operation (TM 9-2320-279-10-1,2, TM 9-2320-342-10-1).
