Remove clamps (10).

Attach fuel line (11), fuel return line (12), and wire harness (13) to

engine.

Set hardware aside for future use.

Remove bolt (4), washer (5), bushing (6), lockwasher (7), and nut (8) from 5-inch idler

pulley (3).

Set aside.

Install new 3-inch grooved idler pulley (9) where center flat idler pulley was removed.

Secure with hardware from 5-inch pulley (3).
