Using hydraulicjack, remove trestle from under spring clamp plate (7) at middleaxle (6).

Using hydraulic jack, remove trestle from under rear corner of semitrailer (5).

13.

Lubricate threads of screw (1) and install nut (3), spacer (2), and screw (1) on equalizing beam (4). Torque

nut to approximately 75 ft-lb (102

N-m).
