Check pinion gear for damage.

Refer problem to Direct Support Maintenance.

EXCESSIVE WEAR ON CHAINS:

Step 1.

Check chain oiler.

It should be full and set to deliver 5 drops/min.

Adjust delivery by turning the square headed screws.

NOTE

Remind operator to turn chain oiler on when he operates conveyor belt.
