FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE

VALVE CONTROL WIRE HARNESS REPLACEMENT

INITIAL SETUP:

REMOVAL

NOTE

•

Tag and mark connectors prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

•

Note position and remove cable ties, looms, and cushion clips as required.

•

Note routing of wire harness prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

1.

Disconnect TANK DRAIN valve control connector (1) from valve control wire harness connector (2).

2.

Disconnect GROUND SWEEPS valve control connector (3) from valve control wire harness connector (4).

3.

Disconnect EDUCTOR valve control connector (5) from valve control wire harness connector (6).

4.

Disconnect FLUSH valve control connector (7) from valve control wire harness connector (8).
