FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE
HYDRAULIC GENERATOR HOSES REPLACEMENT
INITIAL SETUP:
TYPICAL HYDRAULIC COUPLING REMOVAL
NOTE
This procedure only shows location of hydraulic generator hoses.
It will never be
necessary to remove all hydraulic lines at once.
Refer to Hydraulic Lines task of this work package for locations of specific hydraulic
hoses.
All hydraulic hoses are connected with fittings.
Fitting from which hydraulic hose is being
removed or installed may be an elbow, tee, or adapter on a valve or other hydraulic
component or hydraulic hoses.
All fittings are removed and installed the same way.
Elbow is shown.
Tag and mark position of all hydraulic hoses.
Remove cushion clips and cable ties as necessary.
