41. Lightly score inner jacket (35) 6.5 in. (165 mm) back from end of heat trace cable (10).

42. Peel off inner jacket (35) from heat trace cable bus wires (5).

43. Cut and remove all fiber strands (36) from two heat trace cable bus wires (5).

44. Score center spacer (37) with utility knife and remove.

45. Clean heat trace cable bus wires (5).
