6. Remove snap-on lens cover (Figure 3, Item 1). Stow cover in viewer stowage box.

7. Rotate mounting plate (Figure 4, Item 1) to position in detent. Sides of mounting plate will be in line with
sides of viewer (Figure 4, Item 2).
