Using 3/4 inch socket and torque wrench tighten
valve (M) to no more than 150 lb-in. (17 NŽm).
Install new washer on screw (N).
Using 1/2 inch socket, install screw (N).
Check engine oil level indicator gage rod.

Replenish lubricating oil lost during oil cooler
replacement.
(LO 5-5420-202-12)
Connect engine for powerplant ground hop
(page 5-25).
Start and run engine.
Check for oil leaks at
oil cooler and line connections.
Shut down engine.
Disconnect engine from
powerplant ground hop (page 5-40).
Install engine shroud (page 9-31).
Install powerplant (page 5-14).
