Install cable retainer (3) in flanges (5) of

quadrant (4) securing cables (6) in position.

Install two pins (2) through flanges (5)

locking cable retainer (3) in position.

Install two pin retainers (1) in two pins (2). If

second two pin retainers (1) were removed,

install second two pin retainers (1) in opposite

ends of pins (2).
