Replacement.

NOTE

Replacement procedure is same for left or right

front axle shaft assemblies but the right assembly

is shorter than the left.

1. Put thrust washer (1) on short outer shaft (2) as shown. Beveled edge (3)

must be toward universal joint (4).

2. Put thrust washer (5) on longer inner shaft (6) as shown. Beveled edge (7)

must be toward universal joint.
