1.
Coat both sides of gasket (1) with liquid gasket sealer. Put gasket between
pipe (2) flange and meter flange (3) and aline screw holes.
2.
Using wrench, screw in and tighten four screws with lockwashers (4).
3.
Using wrench,
screw in elbow (5).
