Two cotter pins

EQUIPMENT CONDITION

Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-260-10).

NOTE

Shearpin removal and installation is performed basically the same

for all winches. This procedure is for the front winch.

a. Removal

Rotate drum (1) as necessary, and remove two cotter pins (3) and shearpin (2) from coupling (4). Discard

cotter pins (3).

Rotate drum (1) as necessary, and install shearpin (2) on coupling (4) with two new cotter pins (3).
