YES - Perform Solenoid Operates, Starter Operates, But Engine Cranks Slowly troubleshooting (WP
0087).
NO - Go to Step (2).

a.
Add or replace oil (Volume 2, WP
0232).
b.
Press accelerator pedal down to floor and hold.
