Does VTM display .8.8.8.8 for approximately 2 seconds and then change to – – – –?
DECISION
YES - Go to Step (5).
NO - Go to Step (2).

Does display light up?
NOTE
If only a portion of .8.8.8.8 or – – – – is displayed, a display module may be burned out.
Check if display lights up.
CONDITION/INDICATION
Does display light up?
DECISION
NO - Go to Step (3).
YES - Refer to TM 9-4910-571-12&P for module replacement. Then go to Step (1).
