NOTE
Upper and lower hinges are replaced the same way. Upper hinge shown.
Remove eight screws (Figure 1, Item 4) and hinges (Figure 1, Items 1 and 2) from cab door (Figure 1, Item 3)
and cab body (Figure 1, Item 5).
