mechanic’s tool kit (Appendix E, Item 1)
EQUIPMENT CONDITION
Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).
Van body fully expanded and secured (side door
window only) (TM 9-2320-272-10).
1.
Release two latches (4) and brush guard (3) from window frame (1).
2.
Remove two setscrews (6) and hinge pins (5) from hinges (2) and brush guard (3) from window
frame (1).
1.
Position brush guard (3) on window frame (1) and two hinges (2).
2.
Insert two hinge pins (5) through hinges (2) and install with two setscrews (6).
3.
Secure brush guard (3) on window frame (1) with two latches (4).
FOLLOW-ON TASK: Retract and secure van body (side door window only) (TM 9-2320-272-10).
