3-387. WRECKER CRANE HYDRAULIC HOSE AND TUBE REPLACEMENT (Contd)

1.

Install hose (4) and/or tube (1) on wrecker body (7) and bracket (6) with clamp (3) and new locknut (8).

2.

Position wrenches on hexagonal fitting (2) and flare nut (5).

3.

Holding hexagonal fitting (2) in place, tighten flare nut (5).

4.

Repeat steps 1 through 3 for remaining hoses (4) and/or tubes (1).

FOLLOW-ON TASK: Fill hydraulic oil reservoir to proper fluid level (LO 9-2320-272-12).
