Sixteen lockwashers (Appendix D, Item 350)
O-ring (Appendix D, Item 456)
O-ring (Appendix D, Item 471)
EQUIPMENT CONDITION
Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).
Hydraulic oil reservoir drained (LO 9-2320-272-12).
Cap and Plug set. (Appendix C, Item 14)

CAUTION
When disconnecting hydraulic hoses and lines, plug all openings to
prevent dirt from entering and causing internal parts damage.
NOTE
Tag all hoses and lines for installation.
Have drainage container ready to catch oil.
Disconnect hose (16) from hose (15).
Disconnect hoses (13) and (15) from inlet tee (14).
Disconnect hose (7) from outlet elbow (6).
Remove four screws (21), lockwashers (22), and mount (19) with crane pump (10) from bracket (1),
lower crane pump (10), and slide from driveshaft hub (20). Discard lockwashers (22).
Remove four screws (17), lockwashers (18), two split flanges (12), inlet tee (14), and O-ring (11) from
crane pump (10). Discard lockwashers (18) and O-ring (11).
Remove four screws (4), lockwashers (3), two split flanges (5), outlet elbow (6), and O-ring (8) from
crane pump (10). Discard lockwashers (3) and O-ring (8).
Remove four screws (9), lockwashers (2), and mount (19) from crane pump (10). Discard lockwashers (2).

Install mount (19) on crane pump (10) with four new lockwashers (2) and screws (9).

Install new O-ring (8) and outlet elbow (6) on crane pump (10) with two split flanges (5), four new
lockwashers (3), and screws (4). Tighten screws (4) 50-60 lb-R (68-81 N•m).
3.
Install new O-ring (11) and inlet tee (14) on crane pump (10) with two split flanges (12), four new
lockwashers (18), and screws (17). Tighten screws (17) 50-60 lb-ft (68-81 N•m).
4.
Position shaft of crane pump (10) on driveshaft hub (20).
5.
Position mount (19) with crane pump (10) on bracket (1) and install with four new lockwashers (22)
and screws (21).
6.
Connect hose (7) to outlet elbow (6).
7.
Connect hoses (13) and (15) to inlet tee (14).
8.
Connect hose (16) to hose (15).
