Remove two tiedown straps (3) from hose (7), fuel line (14), and electrical harness (13). Discard

tiedown straps (3).

Remove screw (8), clamp (5), and hose (7) from crossmember (6).

NOTE

Note routing of hose for installation.

Loosen clamp (12) and remove hose (7) from coolant heater (15), adapter (11), and vehicle.

Remove nut (4), screw (10), clamp (2), and hose (1) from air tank bracket (9).

14.

Remove two tiedown straps (24) from hose (1) and electrical harness (13). Discard tiedown straps (24).

15.

Loosen clamp (23) and remove hose (1) from adapter (22) on coolant heater pump (21).

16.

Loosen clamp (19) and remove hose (17) from adapter (20) on coolant heater pump (21).

17.

Loosen clamp (18) and remove hose (17) from adapter (16) on coolant heater (15).

18.

Loosen clamp (29) and remove hose (1) from adapter (25) and vehicle.

19.

Loosen clamp (28) and remove hose (27) from nipple (26) and vehicle.
