b. Installation

NOTE

Wrap all male pipe threads with antiseize tape before installation.

1.

Install tee (1), thermal close valve (3), and reducer bushing (2) on water manifold (19).

2.

Install support (10) on exhaust port (16) with bracket (15), two new key washers (14), and

screws (13).

3.

Install bracket (8) on support (10) with two screws (7), washers (11), and nuts (12).

4.

Install heater pump (6) on bracket (8) and support (10) with clamp (5).

5.

Install nipple (4) and heater pump (6) on tee (1).

6.

Install elbow (23) on heater pump (6).

7.

Install adapter (22) and connector (9) on elbow (23).

8.

Install hose (20) on connector (9) and pump outlet tube (18) with clamp (17) and clamp (21).

9.

Install wire (25) on heater pump relay (24) with nut (26).

10.

Install wire (29) on heater pump (6) and ground terminal (27) with nut (28).
